Late / Cancellation Policies
We understand that things happen and you may run late or need to cancel your appointment.
Please be considerate of our time and notifiy us as soon as possible if you will be more than 5 minutes late or need to cancel. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled & you will need to reschedule your services. More than 15 minutes late will be treated a late cancellation.
You must cancel 12 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not cancel within the proper time-frame this will be considered a late cancellation and subject to such fee.
No call/no show & Late cancellations will be charged a non-refundable fee of 30 % of booked service total for missed appointment.
All deposits, fees and/or payments are non-refundable.
